Many thanks to my good friends at

especially Dave Johnston, my family and all of the
outstanding musicians, producers and friends
who shared so freely of their time and talents and took the time to BELIEVE and help make this dream a reality.My first set of studio recordings is complete. A great deal of time and many months of work went into these 8 songs. The album is called Inside Looking Out and yes, there is a story behind this title. I will tell that story another time. Here are a few samples of the work:
Here is a new poem that I recently wrote:
putting together old words in a new way
waking up in the dawn of a new day
so alive, I slowly break free of the rage
learning to live again, I turn the page
the world is so small, the pain is so vast
but life is too short to live in the past
I feel like a child in so many ways, learning to think without the stress of another's anger infringing on every thought. I have been out of the relationship for so many years now - when will it be long enough? Learning, growing, healing, the time to go through all of these things cannot be counted. Learning my own self worth and it is a hard journey, but I have learned to love again and learned to breathe in the life around me and live each moment like it was my last... to have learned this is no small thing and it might have all been worth it for that.
